You can contact us any time Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm CST by using our In App messenger. Just click the chat icon in the bottom left corner of your screen and start a new chat with one of our team members!
We do have some limited coverage on nights and weekends, but this isn't the only way to contact our team. You can also email help@ZenSales.net any time you have an issue or request!
Whether you're sending an in app message or an email make sure to include as much information as you can! Helpful information includes your email address and phone number so that we can verify your account information. Other information could include customer's names, email address, order number, tracking number, or other relevant information to your issue.
