To cancel your account you can email us at email@example.com. Please make sure and include your email address and phone number to help expedite the cancellation process.
After you message in to cancel your account, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. After your current billing cycle has concluded then you will no longer have access to your ZenSales account.
Note: If you are canceling because of financial reasons, we are happy to work with you on custom pricing to see if we can meet the needs of your business.
